Support is vital for any network. with the proper support you and your staff can begin to make the most of your desktops - spending more time doing what you need to, and less time figuring out how to do it!

Depending upon the level of participation we have in the implementation of your IT, we can offer several methods of support.

On Site Support

At any time you can request an on-site support call. This might be to perform network maintenance, repairs, or to provide one-2-one training for a member of your staff.

Telephone Support

You can also call us on the telephone for support, and a great many tasks can be dealt with promptly in just such a manner.

Remote Desktop Support

Assuming that you have a broadband internet connection or better, we may also be able to provide direct intervention on screen across a secure internet connection. Remote desktop support is second only to an on-site visit, but can only be performed given compatible systems at our end and yours, should this be desirable then we will ensure the facility is available during our network planning.
