By utilising Hampton Associates we can search for the right people on your behalf, acting as your own recruiters.

We'll work with you to specify the criteria for your staff. Noting the required Skills, experience and any other criteria or facilities you require.
We'll search forcandidates on your behalf, and if you request it perform iscreening interviews for you, before candidates move on to a final interview with yourselves.
Finally, there are no additional charges, the time we spend recruiting is simply part of your 'on-site' retainership. No salary based fees.

Temporary Positions

Temporary roles are a little more dfficult to administer, organising PAYE compared to the short amount of time they will be with you is frequently more than enough to convince you (and us) that a commercial recruiting solution is best.

Although we do not supply temping services directly we can still assist. Through partnerships with recruitment firms, we can give you access to temping services at a reduced rate. Giving you the coneinience you require without as much expense.
